When will my order be shipped?

We try our very best to have most orders shipped within 2 days of you placing your order. As we are a small business this can at times be difficult so please be understanding in the rare circumstance that times may vary.  

You will receive confirmation and tracking once your order has been sent. If you do not receive this within 5 business days after your purchase please email Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays. 

How long will it take?

. Standard Shipping is available both nationally and Internationally.

. Once shipped, allow approximately 2- 7 business days for standard shipping nationally and 6-14 business days for standard shipping internationally

. Express post options are only available for customers living within      Australia

. Once posted allow approximately 1-3 business days for express post nationally

. Free Express drop off is available for customers living within the Geelong, Bellerine and Surfcoast Area. Once your order is placed your goods will arive in your letterbox within 1-2 business days.

International Taxes & Duties 

When shipping internationally all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Australian Customs require Lunar to detail the total value and nature of the order on the customs declaration form on the package. It is illegal to state false and misleading sale information on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package and in some rare occasions this may delay delivery times of some packages.  

Sizing information

Although most Lunar Label clothing is predominantly 'free size' or 'S/M' and 'M/L' due to it's adjustable nature, listed are details on what these sizes accommodate for. These listed sizes are all in accordance with standardised Australian sizing guidelines.  If you are still unsure please do not hesitate to email for more help on choosing the right size for you.

Returns Policy

. Refunds are issued for faulty items 

. Returns may be issued for purchase of wrong size for exchange or credit note and Lunar Label is not responsible for covering the return postage charge

. All Returns and must be made within 14 days of receipt and must be unworn, unwashed with tags still attached. If the item does not meet this criteria the refund/ return will be denied

. To issue a return or refund please email with your name, order number and address to which the package was originally sent to and state your reasoning

. Lunar Label will respond within 2 business days to grant or deny your return/refund and will provide you with further instructions

. Once Lunar Label has received your package, your refund/return will be processed within 7 business days. You will receive an email outlining your refund/credit note/ exchange confirmation

. Please allow 3-5 business days after refund confirmation depending on your bank for your refund to appear in your account

Stock Information 

 All Lunar Label product is made in small amounts to ensure exclusivity and ethical and sustainable practice's are met.

 All stock is stored and dispatched from Lunar Label's private home studio.

Some staple jewellery designs are re-stocked regularly but seperate to these key pieces all other items are only re-cut or re-produced once or twice after their first release. This is to enable the production flow of new designs and to also make sure that items remain special to our beloved customers. 

'Sold out' items that we endeavour to re-stock will remain visible to you on our website. But if they are no longer visible it means we have chosen to stop re-production of this piece. No sale item's will ever be re-stocked. If for example you find a piece on sale you wish to purchase but we do not have availability in your size, we cannot re-stock this item for you. 

Due to minimum requirements that have to be met for our manufacturers; Lunar Label cannot accomodate any 'custom order' requests on any items.

Ethics and Sustainability  

All Lunar Label clothing and jewellery products are designed by Jordie Luke (founder and creative director) and produced in Indonesia by four small artisan based families. Indonesia was chosen for it’s optimum working conditions and dedication to honouring traditional techniques and practices.

Rather than using one large scale manufacturer Lunar Label, employ’s four seperate Indonesian families to ethically produce the clothing and jewellery designs. Each one chosen to specialise in their area of expertise. (2 families for clothing and two for jewellery.)

Over time we have grown exceptionally close with the beautiful teams who are predominantly made up of women. They work together using skills that have been passed down by their mothers ,grandmothers, great grandmothers to produce the product. Having this magic woven into our creations is a huge honour and ensures a more positive and meaningful experience when choosing to purchase from Lunar Label.

One main small factory in Canggu, Bali is used for product development, sampling, pattern making, fabric cutting and colouring and where all team members come to connect and collaborate. Many of the women then work from home; sewing and tailoring in their own time to produce the completed garments. The jewellery is also produced with the same system and all the stones used to produce the jewels are sourced personally through an accredited gemstone supplier. It is really imperative to know our pieces are made in the best environments and with happy intent.

The fabrics used to produce Lunar Label clothing are all made from natural fibres. The most predominant fabric being Rayon. The type of Rayon used is Rayon voile; derived from either cotton or flax and is sourced from local small scale factories. Other fabrics such as Linen and Cotton are also used.

Lunar Label predominately try to use natural dyes wherever possible and no formaldehyde is used. Where possible dyes are made from natural byproducts like plants, vegetables, bark, flowers etc.


It has been and still is a fragile and tedious journey to break traditions and put in place practices that are more sustainable and environmentally friendly for our production teams.  Although Indonesia has some of the best working conditions for it’s artisans their environmental practices still have a long way to go. 

It's exceptionally hard as an extremely small scale business to have every box ticked from the get go but it is something we are committed to improving step by step as finances and time allow for it.


Once items are In Australia all products are processed, packaged and dispatched by designer Jordie Luke. 100% biodegradable post bags are used for online orders and packaging is limited to recycled paper, twine and natural cotton jewellery bags. Dried flowers, leaves and wheat collected from the ground at Jordie’s property in Bellbrae is used for gift wrapping decorations and in studio customers are encouraged to use their own bags when purchasing items in person.

When considering wholesale clients; Lunar Label is extremely cautious and careful in choosing businesses that mirror it’s visions and ethics.
